The P32bis was completely redesigned starting from P32. Only the wing  box was unchanged. Target was to increase robustness and aerodynamic  efficiency.
Improvements were development and patented, related to  flaps, automatic rudder control and a remote electric control. A study  was started about a remote controlled optical-hydraulic periscopic gun  pointer.
It hosted three gun defensive turrets, one on top of fuselage, one on the bottom and one on the front. Also different engines were considered. Two units built. Wooden structure
