 - 1939 prototypes MM408, MM409 (equipped with DB601)
  - 1940 April, series of 12 airrcaft for R.A. cancelled and reduced to 1 aircraft. On that machine the PXI wngine was replaced by a PXIX one, creating the 1st  proto of RE2002 MM454 (ex MM5070) that first flew in 12.1940. In 07.40 first flight of 2nd prototype of RE2001 MM538

- Later other 11 are taken off from R.A.: 10 of them are transformed into cat. (naval) version and 1 into RE2003
- All aircraft removed from foreign production are replaced at a later time
- According to Mr. Arena, the 1st aircraft for Hungary (n/c 6) was released in 04.40 after taken off from the italian batch of 12 aircraft for R.A. (as DGCA cancelled further production after the first 5 aircraft in order to ease production for foreign countries). - MM5071 3 spars wing later transformed into RE2000 G.A. MM 8070
